We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Architect to join our IT team The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in designing developing and implementing endtoend IT solutions using modern technology stacks including Kubernetes Kafka Solr Apigee and BPM platforms The candidate will play a pivotal role in analyzing business requirements architecting robust solutions and documenting best practices to ensure scalable secure and efficient technology implementations across the organization


Job Summary
The Solution Architect is responsible for designing comprehensive IT solutions that address business needs integrating multiple technologies and ensuring consistency with enterprise architecture standards They will lead the analysis of process and application flows contribute to architectural strategy and create detailed documentation for best practices and solution patterns


Key Responsibilities
Develop end-to-end IT solutions by integrating diverse technologies and platforms
Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable architecture designs
Map and document end-to-end solution flows identifying gaps and optimization opportunities
Define and document best practices standards and guidelines for technology adoption implementation and maintenance
Collaborate with cross functional teams including development operations and business stakeholders
Lead architectural reviews risk assessments and impact analyses for new and existing solutions
Ensure solutions adhere to security compliance and performance standards
Provide mentorship and guidance on technology stacks such as Kubernetes Kafka Solar Apigee and BPM
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation

Technical Skills:

Proven experience designing and deploying solutions using Kubernetes for container orchestration and microservices
Handson expertise with event streaming and messaging using Kafka
Good working knowledge on Platform Architecture Design principle cloud on prem
Must have worked on Relation DB or Cloud based DB
Experience implementing search platforms such as Solar
Proficiency in designing and managing API gateways preferably Apigee
In depth knowledge of Business Process Management BPM platforms and workflow automation
Strong background in system integration cloud architectures and DevOps practices
Familiarity with CICD pipelines infrastructure as code and automated testing frameworks
Ability to create comprehensive architectural documentation diagrams and best practice guides


Preferred Skills
Experience with cloud providers AWS Azure GCP and hybrid architectures
Working knowledge of security best practices for distributed systems
Exposure to Agile methodologies and cross functional project leadership
Professional certifications related to architecture Kubernetes Kafka or cloud platforms are a plus

Salary Transparency:

Capgemini discloses salary range information in compliance with state and local pay transparency obligations. The disclosed range represents the lowest to the highest salary we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting, although we may ultimately pay more or less than the disclosed range, and the range may be modified in the future. At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is $120,000  - $140,000/ yearly.

This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
