Infosys is seeking an Azure Kubernetes Service Administrator to lead the administration, and support of containerized infrastructure and applications in Microsoft Azure. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience with AKS and observability tools.
Required Qualifications:- Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Tempe, AZ or Richardson, TX or Raleigh, NC or Hartford or Indianapolis, IN or be willing to relocate to these areas. This position may require travel in the US.
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- Candidates should be willing to work in PST time zone.
- At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology.
- At least 3 years of experience in Kubernetes administration.
- Experience in Azure IaaS & PaaS services.
- Experience in Terraform for infrastructure provisioning.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines using Git-based workflows and Azure DevOps.
- Solid understanding of cloud fundamentals: virtual networking, security, and administration.
- Scripting skills in Bash, Python, or PowerShell.
- Familiarity with observability tools: Azure Monitor, AppDynamics, Splunk, Grafana.

Preferred Qualifications:- Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) and Azure Administrator certifications.
- Experience with Azure services: ACR, VNET, Key Vault, Storage, Virtual Machines.
- Hands-on experience with Helm charts and Kubernetes manifests.
- Familiarity with tools like AppDynamics, Splunk, Grafana.
- Experience working in global delivery environments and with diverse stakeholder teams.
- Engineering mindset to proactively identify and resolve issues, drive automation, and improve customer experience.
- Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face.
